Project Name:

Sisk Headquarters

Location:

Dublin, Ireland

The Sisk Headquarters at Citywest Business Campus in Dublin is a newly retrofitted office facility developed for one of Ireland’s largest construction and engineering companies. The modern headquarters accommodates over 200 staff and was designed as a highly sustainable workplace environment, achieving an A3 Building Energy Rating following a major retrofit upgrade from D2. The project incorporated a range of sustainability and smart-building features including solar panels, external air-source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging infrastructure and digital twin technology, enabling advanced monitoring of building performance and energy use.

Kelly RAC delivered specialist HVAC installation works as part of the mechanical services package for the project. Working with Sensori FM and in accordance with the design by Axis Engineering, Kelly RAC supplied, installed and commissioned a Daikin VRV air conditioning system to support efficient climate control within the office environment.

The works involved the installation and commissioning of high-performance air conditioning systems designed to maintain comfortable indoor conditions while supporting the building’s overall energy-efficient operation. All installations were completed in coordination with the wider project team to ensure seamless integration with the building’s mechanical services infrastructure and compliance with project specifications.
