Project Name:
K2 DUB 21 Data Centre
Location:
Dublin, Ireland
The K2 DUB21 Data Centre is part of the expanding K2 hyperscale data centre platform in Dublin, developed to support the increasing demand for secure digital infrastructure, cloud computing and high-capacity data processing. Ireland has become one of Europe’s leading data centre locations, and facilities such as DUB21 play an important role in providing the resilient infrastructure required by global technology companies operating in the region.
As part of the project’s mechanical services package, Kelly RAC provided specialist HVAC installation works in collaboration with Dornan Engineering, with the building services design prepared by Ethos Engineering. The works included the installation and commissioning of Daikin VRV systems, Sky Air split units and Huawei CCU equipment, delivering efficient climate control solutions for designated areas of the facility.
The installed systems were designed to support consistent indoor environmental conditions while maintaining operational efficiency within the building. All installations were completed in coordination with the wider project team, ensuring the systems integrated smoothly with the building’s mechanical services infrastructure and met the required performance and quality standards.
