The modern campus was designed to support a large professional workforce and incorporates high-quality workplace facilities, including dedicated catering and hospitality areas for staff and visitors. The development reflects the Central Bank’s role in overseeing financial stability and regulating financial institutions across Ireland and the wider euro area.
As part of the catering facilities installation within the building, Kelly RAC delivered refrigeration services for Stephens Catering, working in accordance with the design prepared by Humble Arnold Associates. The scope of works included the installation of a complete catering refrigeration package, incorporating pack refrigeration systems and bespoke cold rooms to support the operational requirements of the commercial kitchen and food preparation areas.
