Kelly RAC was appointed to deliver a specialist HVAC solution at 78 St James Street, London, as part of a high-end office fit-out project for Dornan Engineering. The project required the design coordination, supply, installation and commissioning of a Daikin VRV water-cooled air conditioning system, ensuring optimal climate control performance within a prime commercial office environment.

Working in collaboration with Axis Engineering and Lawler Consulting, Kelly RAC provided a tailored air conditioning solution designed to meet the building’s specific occupancy demands, spatial constraints and energy efficiency requirements. The installation of the Daikin VRV water-cooled system ensured precise temperature control, reduced energy consumption and quiet operation.

Our team implemented the works with careful planning and coordination alongside other trades, maintaining programme timelines and ensuring seamless integration with existing building services. All systems were fully commissioned, tested and optimised to achieve maximum operational efficiency and long-term reliability.

These compact floor standing units are the ideal solution for providing perimeter air conditioning. The standard wired controller can be incorporated into the body of the unit and the front panel opens fully for easy maintenance. It features a removable air discharge grille giving flexible air flow. Easy to install and there is room for condensate pump while pipes can be connected to either side of the unit from the bottom or rear.
